随着工程建设的大规模开展,平屋面渗漏问题在现实生活中屡见不鲜,也成为了业主方质量投拆的热点。从实际工作经验入手,结合在日常施工及维修工作中的具体案例,分析各种渗漏点形成的原因,反向讨论了施工过程中从适当加厚平屋面结构板、减少流水段、提前处理后浇带等细节方面应该预防和控制的若干措施。

With the rapid development of engineering construction,roof leakage problems it is often seen. In real life,has become a focus of the owners of quality complaints. This paper from practical experience with the specific case,combined with the daily construction and maintenance work,analysis of the cause of the formation of a variety of leakage points,discusses the reverse construction process from thickened flat roof board,reduce water treatment,some measures after pouring and other details should be prevented and controlled in advance.
