新型透水砖设计及制备方法研究

Study on design and preparation method of new permeable brick

基于对国内外透水砖的研究现状和应用情况的认识,对透水砖不耐磨和透水性能降低幅度大的缺点进行了分析,设计了一种新型透水砖,提出了新型透水砖的组成、配合比及相应制备方法,研究了透水砖各层结构构造及组分,研究结果表明:该新型透水砖具有透水率变化小、耐磨性高的优点。

Based on the understanding of the research status and application of the permeable bricks at home and abroad,the shortcomings of large abrasion resistance and low water permeability of permeable brick are analyzed,a new type of permeable brick was designed,the composition,mix ratio and corresponding preparation method of the new permeable brick were put forward and the structure and composition of the permeable brick are studied. The results show that the new permeable brick has the advantages of little change in water permeability and high wear resistance.
