摘要
以某电厂袋式除尘器壳体为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了优化分析。对设计方案进行了详细计算分析,优化后的结构重量下降了15%以上,为袋式除尘器壳体设计和工程实践提供了可靠依据。
Optimum analysis on precipitator shell structure of bag filter in a power plant was studied on with ANSYS software used in finite element analysis. According to the analysis results,the structures of the precipitator shell can be optimized. After the optimization,the weight of precipitator shell reduces more than 15 percent. The result has certain reference significance in the design of precipitator shell of bag filter.
