摘要
针对高校人才培养现状,提出通过专业学生社团来开展人才培养这一新途径。以南通大学交通工程学会学生社团为例,分析了其在人才培养中的优势,阐述了其在人才培养方面的实践成果,提出了提高培养成效的建议。
According to current situation of talents training in universities,puts forward through professional students＇ associations this new way to develop talent training. Taking traffic engineering institution students＇ association of Nantong University as the case,this paper makes an analysis the advantage of professional students＇ associations in talent training,and expounds the practice results in terms of talent cultivation,and puts forward suggestions to improve the training effect.
