摘要
目的观察牛磺酸片治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将100例ARDS患者随机分为对照组50例和试验组50例。2组患者均予以纠正缺氧、机械通气、液体管理等对症治疗;同时试验组予以口服牛磺酸片60 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),对照组予以口服同等剂量的安慰剂。2组患者均治疗7 d。比较2组患者的临床疗效、呼吸窘迫临床症状、氧合指数(PaO_2/FiO_2)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1(s ICAM-1),以及药物不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的有效率分别为66.00%(33例/50例)和24.00%(12例/50例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,试验组和对照组PaO_2/FiO_2分别为(289.51±67.63)和(213.49±63.67)mm Hg,vWF分别为(167.71±40.38)mg·L^(-1)和(194.79±46.57)mg·L^(-1),s ICAM-1分别为(387.93±200.46)和(499.11±218.12)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组均未发现药物不良反应。结论牛磺酸片治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者缺氧状态,提高氧合指数,降低相关炎性因子。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety profile of tamSne tablets in the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Methods One hundred patients with ARDS were randomly divided into control group ( n = 50 cases) and treatment group ( n = 50 cases). Both groups were given conventional treatments, such as mechani- cal ventilation, liquid management. The treatment group was treated with taurine tablets 60 mg·kg-1·d-1, while the control group was given the same amount of placebo. Both groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy, oxygenation index, yon Willebrand factor (vWF), soluble intercellular adhesion factor- 1 (sICAM- 1 ), and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 66. 00% (33 cases/50 cases) and 24. 00% (12 cases/50 cases), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). After treatment, oxygenation index of the treatment group and the control group were (289.51 ±67. 63) and (213.49 ± 63. 67) mmHg, vWF were (167.71±40.38) and (194.79±46.57) mg · L-1, sICAM-1 wereacute respiratory distress syndrome.
