曾国藩“以德治家”理念的形成及现代启示

Zeng Guofan's Idea of Managing Family by Virtue:Formation and Contemperary Inspiration

曾国藩的治家理念源自中国传统社会"以德治国"的德治传统和曾氏家族"孝友传家"的家风传承,具有"以德治家"的明显特征。他秉承"以德治家"的理念,以"家书"为载体,具体践行体现在他对爷爷、对父亲、对妻子、对儿女以及对自我的道德要求等方面。曾国藩根据自身的体会,对"家教"的理念进行提炼,用爱体现"家情",带头秉承"家风",叮嘱子女坚守"家训"的实践,对于当代的家风建设具有可贵的现代启示。

Zeng Guofan＇s philosophy of family management is characteristic of rule of virtue as it stemmed from Chinese tradition of ruling a state by virtue and the Zeng family＇s tradition of respecting parents and loving relatives and friends. Zeng practiced his idea of managing a household by virtue with the letters to his family members which displayed moral requriements for his grandfather,father,mother,children,and he himself. According to his own experience,Zeng purified his idea of family education. His family conditions can be known through the love he expressed. He had set a good example of following the family tradition,and urged his children to practice their family motto. All this can be a great inspiration for the contemporary construction of family tradition in China.
