中职语文教师知识素养的提升路径

On the Ways to Improve the Knowledge Literacy of Chinese Language Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools

中职语文教师知识素养在中职语文教学中十分重要,其直接关系着中职语文教学的实际效果。本文从中职语文课程的特性分析进入,阐释了中职语文教师知识素养的内涵,继而提出了促使中职语文教师的知识素养提升的求学深造、广泛阅读、拜师学艺、游学天下、触网充电、走进企业、躬身实践等七条路径,以期有益于中职语文教师知识素养的提升。

It is very important to cultivate teachers＇ knowledge literacy in secondary vocational Chinese language teaching, which is directly related to the actual effect of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools. Starting from analyzing the curriculum characteristics of Chinese language in secondary vocational schools, this paper explains the connotation of the knowledge literacy of secondary vocational Chinese language teachers. Then, it puts forward seven ways to improve the knowledge literacy of secondary vocational Chinese language teachers, hoping to benefit the improvement of teachers＇ knowledge literacy in secondary vocational schools.
