文化体制改革视野下的广西作家签约制度研究

A Study on the Contract System of Guangxi Writers from the Perspective of Cultural System Reform

从1997年开始,广西坚持实行每年一届的文艺家签约制度,每届签约时间为一年。签约制为作家的创作提供了坚实的物质保障和良好的创作环境,打破了以往专业作家制的"铁饭碗",引入了竞争和激励机制,更好地激发了作家的潜能,挖掘和培养了一大批优秀作家,并形成了良好的带动和示范效应,极大地促进了文学的发展。文学创作也是社会需求的产物,因此,在实行作家签约制的过程中,既要给作家以创作的自由,又要给作家以积极引导,树立正确的价值观,创作出更多符合时代潮流的文学精品。

Since 1997, Guangxi has been adhering to the contract system of writers and artists, and each period of contract time is one year. The contract system provides a solid material guarantee and a good creation environment for the creation of the writer,breaking the ＂iron rice bowl＂ of the previous professional writers,introducing the competition and incentive mechanism to better inspire writers＇ potential, having excavated and cultivated a large number of outstanding writers and formed a good driving and demonstration effect, which greatly promoted the development of literature. Literary creation is the product of social demand,therefore, in the process of implementing the contract system of writers, it is necessary to give writers the freedom to create, and also actively guide them to establish correct values, so as to create more high-quality literacy works in line with the trend of the times.
