村庄档案建设中存在的问题及对策

本文分析了法定条件下村庄档案的定义,指出其具有特色性、综合性、复杂性、动态性等特点,根据国内外村庄档案建设工作的发展情况分析了当前我国进行村庄档案建设工作的必要性;探讨了目前我国村庄档案建设工作存在的法规不完善、思想上不重视、制度不健全、信息化建设滞后、人才缺乏、开发利用不够等主要问题;针对存在的问题,提出了做好村庄档案建设工作的措施。

this paper analyzes the definition of the village archives in the statutory conditions, and points out that it have many traits such as characteristics, comprehensiveness, complexity, dynamic characteris- tics, etc. According to the development of the domestic and foreign village archives construction, it dis- cusses the necessity of village archives construction currently in China. Then it finds out problems existing in the village archives construction, such as imperfect laws and regulations, unsound system, neglect in thought, lag of information construction, lack of talents, inadequate utilization of it and so on. aiming at these problems, it puts forward the measures to improve the village archives construction in China.
