“互联网+”时代档案文化传播的“立”与“困”

On the Position and Difficult Points of Archival Culture Transmission in the Times of “Internet Plus”

"互联网+"时代的来临,为档案文化传播提供了前所未有的机遇,同时也带来新的发展难题。本文选取"立"与"困"的视角,结合实践中的案例和数据分析,力图找准新时代档案文化传播定位:主体社会合作性、内容轻量性与多元性、平台开放性与丰富性、主客体交互及时性。同时指出,"互联网+"时代档案文化面临两大传播难点:一是档案文化传播开放性与安全性的矛盾;二是"主客一体"式传播冲击档案文化的真实性与可信性。

＂Internet plus＂ provides opportunities for the archival culture transmission as well as new devel- opment challenges. This paper selects the perspectives of＂transmission position＂and＂difficult points＂, com- bined with the analysis of the case in practice and data, in order to identify archival culture transmission position in the new times, such as the subject of social cooperation, the light and pluralistic content, the open and plentiful platform, and timeliness in the interaction between subject and object. At the same time, the paper points out that archival culture transmission are facing two major difficulties. One is the contradiction of openness and security; another is the suspicion of its authenticity and credibility.
