摘要
办公自动化系统与档案管理系统整合是实现电子文件归档的重要方式,有利于推动文档一体化管理、丰富档案信息资源以及提升档案管理部门的工作职能。通过数据库对接、脱机归档、接口技术对接等整合方案的分析、研究与实施,深入探讨办公自动化系统与档案管理系统无缝对接的优化整合模式。
The integration of OA system and archives management system is an important way to achieve electronic records filing, and it is propitious for promoting integration management of documents and archives, enriching archives information resources, and enhancing the function of archives management. Through the analysis, research and implementation of some integration schemes including the database in- tegration, offline archiving and data interface technology, etc. the optimized integration model of seamless connection between OA system and archives management system is thoroughly discussed.
