摘要
放大自发辐射及其形成的寄生振荡对谐振腔中主激光的振荡产生了诸多不利的影响。分析了板条型增益介质中光束传输距离和表面反射率对放大自发辐射的影响,通过实验验证了端面键合Cr^(4+)∶YAG晶体能够有效地抑制浸入式板条谐振腔中的放大自发辐射,从而提高谐振腔的输出能量。与端面抛光相比,其输出单脉冲能量提升了38.4%,并获得了32.3%的光-光转化效率。
Amplified spontaneous emission and parasitic oscillation have many negative influences on the performance of laser resonator. The influences of beam transmission distance in slab and surface reflectivity on amplified spontaneous emission are analyzed. The experiments verifies that bonding Cr4 +∶ YAG crystal on the ends of slab can effectively restrain the amplified spontaneous emission in the immersion slab resonator,which can improve output energy of the immersion slab resonator. Compared with end-polished slab,the single pulse energy of end-bonded slab increases38. 4%,and the optical-optical conversion efficiency of resonant cavity is 32. 3%.
