摘要 为了揭示玻璃纤维增强复合材料层合板的半透明性对闪光灯激励红外热像检测的影响机制,本文首先对玻璃纤维增强复合材料层合板的光学特性进行了定量测量和研究,发现该类材料具有明显的半透明性,依据反射比和透射比的测量结果,推算出吸收比和全吸收厚度。然后,针对分层缺陷和脱粘缺陷进行半透明模型和常规模型的建模对比分析,依据仿真结果明确了半透明性有可能减弱可检缺陷信号的强度,改变其变化规律,导致漏检。 To investigate the effects of translucence of glass-fiber reinforced plastic( GFRP) on flash infrared thermography nondestructive testing,optical properties of GFRP laminates were quantitatively measured and studied,and it is found that GFRP laminates have obvious translucence. According to the measuring results,absorptance and full-absorption thickness of GFRP laminates were calculated. Translucence model and conventional model for delaminate defects and debonding defects were compared and analyzed. The simulated results show that translucence may reduce signal? intensity of defects and change its change rule,which will lead to missing detection.
