采用中国知识产权网中外专利数据库服务平台(CNIPR)检索整理日用陶瓷外观设计专利,并对其申请趋势、创新区域分布、创新主体构成、外观保护情况等进行分析,了解我国日用陶瓷外观设计的现状以及存在的问题,并为我国日用陶瓷外观设计的创新和保护提供参考建议。

This paper retrieves domestic ceramics design patents by taking CNIPR as a patent data source.Then the application trend,regional distribution,innovative subject composition,patent protection of domestic ceramics patents were analyzed.Thereby the article states the present situation and existing problems of ceramics design,and gives some advice that may provide reference suggestion for domestic ceramics design innovation and protection.
