城市重点区域网络化地下空间开发研究

Research and discussion on the network development of underground space in urban areas

随着我国城市建设发展由粗放式扩张逐步进入精细化完善的新阶段,开发与利用城市地下空间作为城市公共功能的补充,更加集约的城市空间资源利用已经成为城市建设关注的重点。如何切合城市发展需求、解决各类城市问题与矛盾、强化空间利用效益以及完善地上地下功能联系成为城市地下空间建设与开发的重点课题。文章通过扬州市广陵新城核心区的地下空间利用规划实例,针对城市重点区域地下空间开发提出以"立体开发、网络复合"为主导策略的编制思路,对地下空间利用的网络化开发模式进行了探讨。

With the development of urban construction in China from the extensive expansion into the new stage of refinement and the development and utilization of urban underground space as a supplement to urban public functions, more intensive use of urban space resources has become the focus of urban construction. How to meet the needs of urban development, solve various problems and contradictions of cities, strengthen the efficiency of space utilization and improve the underground underground function link has become the focus of urban underground space construction and development issues.With underground space utilization planning of Yangzhou Guangling core area as the case,the development of underground space in urban key areas is based on the idea of ＇three - dimensional development and network compound＇ as the leading strategy, and the network development model of underground space utilization is discussed.
