浅谈国有企业如何预防职务犯罪

A brief discussion on how to prevent abuse-of-power crimes in state-owned enterprises

近年来,随着党中央从严治党及专项巡视工作的不断深入,从央企到地方国企,均不同程度地查处了一批职务犯罪案件,在社会上造成了一定影响。如何在新形势下做好预防国有企业领导人员职务犯罪工作,笔者以为应该标本兼治,既要有惩治的高压态势,更要发挥"制度预防"的治本作用,从源头上营造出国有企业领导人员"不想犯、不能犯、不易犯、不敢犯"的良好氛围。

In recent years, due to the Party Central Committee＇s strict rules, central and local state-owned enterprises have investigated a number of abuse-of-power crimes, which have caused social impact. The author believes that under the current political climate, the enterprises should not only administer and punish but also address the prevention of such crimes.
