车辆行驶速度对机动车污染排放影响的实证研究

Empirical study on the effect of vehicle speed on vehicle pollution emission

机动车污染排放主要是由车辆在道路中的行驶造成的,机动车在拥堵情况下所造成的污染排放会明显高于正常行驶状况。文中运用社会学调查抽样的方法,通过搜集大量的出租车票据对北京市目前道路车辆的行驶速度进行了调查,结果表明北京市道路车辆行驶速度普遍偏低。同时,通过对北京市5个交通污染监控点的污染物排放实时数据的分析,得出行驶速度和交通污染排放的相关关系,运用MOVEs模型核算了提高车辆行驶速度所带来的减排效果,可以借鉴国际发达国家和城市的经验,通过采取缓解交通拥堵的方式来有效控制路上移动源的排放。

Vehicle emissions mainly caused by traveling vehicle; traffic congestion caused more serious air pollution. This research investigated the speed of taxi in Beijing. The results show that taxi speed on road is generally low in Beijing. At the same time,we analyzed the real-time data from five traffic pollution emissions monitoring points in Beijing,obtained the correlations between speed and traffic pollution emissions,and used MOVEs model to compute the pollution reduction effect brought by vehicle speed increase. The results show that we can improve the speed of vehicles on way to effectively control the emission road mobile sources.
