延边地区牛卵形巴贝斯虫病的分子流行病学调查 被引量:3

摘要 为了解牛卵形巴贝斯虫病在吉林省延边地区流行情况,本试验应用PCR方法对珲春地区190份牛的血液样本进行牛巴贝斯虫病的分子流行病学调查,并与血液涂片染色镜检法进行了比较。结果该地区牛巴贝斯虫病的PCR方法检测阳性率为30.52%,而血涂片染色镜检法的阳性率为11.05%。不同地区和不同饲养方式间牛卵形巴贝斯虫感染率差异显著(P<0.05)。遗传进化分析显示,吉林省延边地区牛卵形巴贝斯虫与日本分离株处于同一分支,而区别于河南和韩国分离株。调查表明,吉林省延边地区是牛卵形巴贝斯虫病的流行地区。 In order to study the prevalence ofBabesia ovatainfection in cattle in Yanbian area, a molecular epidemiological sur-vey was conducted to examineBabesia ovatausing PCR. 190 blood samples were analyzed. Results showed that the positive rate ofBabesia ovata infection by PCR method was 30. 52%, which was significantly higher than 11. 05% the positive rate by microscopicexamination of Giemsa-stained blood smears. The difference between different counties and grazing was both significant(p 0. 05).Phylogenetic analysis indicated thatBabesia ovatain the present study was in the same cluster with the Japan strains, but was separa-ted from Henan or Korea strains. The survey confirmed that Yanbian Prefecture was the epidemic region ofBabesia ovata.
