摘要
针对目前滚动轴承性能分析评价研究一般仅局限于某一方面,不能全面反应设备系统性能问题,利用双极模糊数学理论,探讨了从技术性、功能设置、可靠性、维护性以及经济性五个方面来综合评判滚动轴承系统性能的方法和过程.分析过程给出的为双极模糊综合评判,具体分析时权重系数及模糊评判矩阵的确定应综合各方面意见.实际应用表明,将双极模糊理论评判用于滚动轴承的性能分析及评价是可行的,同时根据分析评判结果,比传统单极特征的评判结果精确且效率较高,可为制定提高滚动轴承性能的技术措施提供依据.
Performance analysis on rolling bearing is generally concerned about certain aspect and can't reveal the problems of the whole unit entirely. So by bipolar fuzzy logic theory,The method and process to analyze rolling bearing performance comprehensively have been discussed from the five aspects, which were technicality, function setting, reliability, maintainability and economical efficiency. The work was performed by bipolar fuzzy logic analysis,the weight and fury evaluation matrix should also be determined from all aspects. Practical applications indicated that it is feasible to analyze rolling bearing performance using bipolar fuzzy logic analysis method, and the result get from this method is more precisely than single pole method and have higher efficiency, then the measures to improve unit performance can be raised.
