串联碟形弹簧在拖拉机离合器中应用失败的原因分析

摘要 在实际试验应用过程中发现串联蝶形弹簧压紧的离合器有打滑现象,经过对串联碟簧的受力变形的分析并经过实际压紧试验,证明串联蝶形弹簧在拖拉机离合器中应用是不正确的,达不到设计者原来的设计意图。通过分析论证和试验验证,以期对离合器的设计提供理论依据,对后续设计者提供参考。 In the testing, unexpected slip is found in the clutch compressed by series belleville springs, which causes the clutch failure. Through analysis on the characteristic curve of series belleville springs and test under load,it' s found that series belleville springs used as a compressed parts in the tractor clutch is wrong. The aim of this article is to provide the theoretical basis and reference for the application of series belleville springs used in the tractor clutch.
