摘要 针对红岭铅锌矿南西翼似层状矿体矿岩界线明显、急倾斜中厚矿体的赋存特点,经国内外类似矿体采矿方法调研,提出采用无底柱浅孔留矿采矿法开采。该方法采用脉内顺路天井联合底部无轨铲运机出矿的采准方式,在矿块两侧沿倾向布置脉内斜天井,在底部出矿水平布置脉外运输巷、出矿进路及倒车硐室,人员、物料及新鲜风流均由采场上部进入采场。工业应用取得技术经济指标为:采切比24.0 m^3/kt,凿岩台效15 m/台班,铲运机台效300 t/台班,采矿损失率10.7%,矿石贫化率9.7%,表现出机械化程度高,作业效率高,作业环境安全,地压维护效果明显,矿体适应性强等优点,可为类似矿山的开采提供借鉴。 The stratiform-like orebodies occurring in the southwest wing of Hongling Lead-Zinc Mine are characterized by distinct boundary between ore and wall rock,steep inclination and moderately large thickness. After subjecting the orebody to the mining methods applied to similar orebodies at home and abroad,the paper proposed that the orebody be mined by shallow-hole shrinkage with no sill pillars. The mining preparation consists of inside-vein stullsupported raise in combination with trackless scooptram ore drawing under the vein. The process is like this: the oblique raise is constructed along the vein on both sides of the ore block; outside-vein haul way,ore drawing drift and truck backing chambers are constructed horizontally for ore drawing under the vein; personnel,materials and fresh air flow all come in from above the stope. Technical and economic index achieved in the industrial application are as follows: mining-cutting ratio is 24. 0 m3/kt,drilling efficiency is 15 m per shift for 1 jumbo,scooptram efficiency is 300 t per shift for 1 scooptram,mining loss rate is 10. 7 % and ore dilution rate is 9. 7 %. The results show that the method has high mechanization degree,high operation efficiency,safe operation environment,effective ground pressure control and good applicability to the orebody and the study can be used as reference for similar mines.
