铁铜锌多金属矿石选矿试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 青海某铁铜锌多金属矿石铜1.20%、全铁27.75%、锌0.64%、硫3.17%,主要金属矿物为磁铁矿、黄铜矿、铁闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿,矿物间共生关系复杂,粒度嵌布不均。采用原矿铜优先浮选—锌硫混浮再磨分离—弱磁选铁工艺流程,闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位21.08%、铜回收率91.30%,锌精矿锌品位42.80%、锌回收率48.90%,铁精矿全铁品位67.49%、全铁回收率63.38%。 A iron,copper and zinc polymetallic ore from Qinghai contains 1. 20 % copper,27. 75 % total iron,0. 64 % zinc and 3. 17 % sulfur. Its main minerals are magnetite,chalcopyrite,pyrrhotite,sphalerite and pyrite. The relationship between minerals is complex and the grain size distribution is not uniform. According to the ore property,the process of preferential copper flotation for crude ore-zinc and sulfur mixed flotation prior to regrinding separation-weak magnetic separation of iron was used. The closed circuit test obtained the copper concentrate with copper grade21. 08 % and the copper recovery rate 91. 30 %; the zinc concentrate with zinc grade 42. 80 % and the zinc recovery rate 48. 90 %; the iron concentrate with total iron grade 67. 49 % and the total recovery rate of iron 63. 38 %.
