Analysis on the factors influencing the determination of gold content in jewelry by fire assay

火试金法在首饰金含量分析中具有举足轻重的作用,准确度和精密度高,适用范围广。总结了火试金法分析过程中灰吹炉类型、灰皿材质、试样称样量、银金质量比、灰吹温度、分金温度与时间对金测定的影响,以及存在的问题,并提出未来研究重点,包括新型火试金设备的研发和相关的理论研究。

Fire assay plays an important role in determining gold content in jewelry with high accuracy and precision degree and wide range of applications. In this paper,the influence of cupellation furnace types,cupel materials,sample weight,the mass ratio of silver and gold,cupellation temperature,and parting temperature and time of gold on gold analysis were summarized. The existing problems were also summerized and the focus of further study were proposed,including new types of fire assay devices and related theoretical research.
