Cr12型模具钢连轧过程中缺陷的形成原因及改进

摘要 分析了加热炉的燃烧介质由煤气改为天然气后,Cr12型冷作模具钢在加热和轧制过程中产生缺陷的原因。针对缺陷产生的原因,对生产前设备准备、加热方式、加热工艺进行了改进,对加热温度、保温时间及切头长度进行了优化。改进后,产品质量得到提高,同时降低了轧制废品率,废品率由原来的5.27%降低到0.3%。 The causes of the defects of Cr12 cold working die steel that occurred during heating and rolling after the combustion medium of the heating furnace was changed from coal gas to natural gas were analyzed.Aiming at the causes,the equipment preparation before production,the heating type and the heating process were improved.The heating temperature,the soaking time and the length of head cutting were optimized.After improvement,the product quality was enhanced and the reject rate of rolling was decreased at the same time.The reject rate of rolling was reduced from 5.27 %to 0.3 %.
