摘要 综述了以改性的植物油为基础油生物润滑油脂的进展。植物油具有挥发性低、可再生、可生物降解、高闪点、高黏度指数以及优异的润滑性等优势,使得植物油可以作为一种极具潜力的矿物基础油的替代品。由于天然植物油的化学结构不同于矿物油,使得植物油的氧化稳定性差和低温性能不佳,在某种程度上,这阻碍了植物油替代矿物油成为润滑油的基础油。对植物油进行化学改性,可以克服植物油的结构问题,使得植物油可以成为润滑油的基础油。 The development of bio-lubricants by chemical modifications of vegetable oils is reviewed in this article.Vegetable oils have many advantages,such as low volatility,renewability,biodegradability,high flash point,high viscosity index,and excellent lubricating property.These advantages make vegetable oils an attractive alternative to the conventional petro base oils.Due to different chemical structure between vegetable oils and petro base oils,vegetable oils have not yet replaced petro base oils because of the poor oxidation stability and low temperature performance.Chemical modification of vegetable oils overcomes the structural problems.That makes vegetable oils fit for the application of lubricant base oils.
