摘要
以长链饱和脂肪酸为原料,与氯化亚砜发生酰氯化反应后再与二乙醇胺发生酰胺化反应,最后与MoO_3络合合成一系列油溶性钼胺络合物添加剂,通过~1H NMR(400 MHz,CDCl_3)、元素分析确定化学结构,采用四球试验机、SRV试验机评价产品在150SN基础油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明:该剂在150SN基础油中具有一定的抗磨性能。
A series of oil soluble molybdenum amine complex compound were synthesized from long chain saturated fatty acid by acyl chlorination reaction with sulfoxide chloride,amide reaction with diethanolamine,finally,complexation reaction with MoO3.The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR( 400 MHz,CDCl3) and elemental analysis.Tribological performances were evaluated using a four-ball tester and SRV tester.The results indicate that the compound possesses excellent anti-wear properties in 150 SN base stock.
