干酪性鼻-鼻窦炎5例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 5 cases of caseous rhinitis and caseous sinusitis

目的探讨干酪性鼻炎及鼻窦炎的临床诊治。方法回顾性分析5例干酪性鼻炎及鼻窦炎患者的临床资料,5例患者均行鼻内镜下手术治疗。结果患者CT检查多见受累鼻腔及窦腔云雾状密度增高合并有气泡影及钙化影,伴周围骨质破坏;鼻内镜检查可发现鼻腔、鼻窦干酪状恶臭团块。结论 CT和鼻内镜检查对干酪性鼻炎及鼻窦炎的诊断有一定价值。鼻内镜下手术治疗干酪性鼻炎及鼻窦炎疗效满意。

Objective To explore the method of diagnosis and treatment of the caseous rhinitis and caseous sinusitis.Methods The clinical date from 5 cases of the caseous rhinitis and caseous sinusitis were retrospectively analyzed,5 patients all underwent operation by nasal endoscopic surgery.Results Most of the CT examination is visible that the cloudlike density increase with bubbles and calcification in the involved nasal cavity and sinuses,with the bone destruction around.Some cheese-like stench of clumps can be found in nasal cavity and sinus through nasal endoscopy.5 patients with sensory symptoms all feel relieved after surgery.After 6 months to 1 year follow-up observation,they were no recurrence.Conclusions CT and endoscope examination have a certain value for diagnosis of the caseous rhinitis and sinusitis.The treatment of the nasal endoscopic surgery for this disease achieved satisfactory result.
