糖皮质激素耳后注射与传统给药方式治疗平坦型突发性聋的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of glucocorticoidby postauricular injection and traditional administration in the treatment of flat type sudden deafness

目的探讨糖皮质激素耳后注射与传统给药方式治疗平坦型突发性聋的临床疗效。方法搜集平坦型突发性聋患者169例,随机分为耳后组(56例),鼓室组(55例),口服组(58例)。3组患者均给予常规基础药物治疗,联合3种不同的糖皮质激素给药方式进行干预,治疗结束后评估疗效。结果耳后组在听力及耳鸣方面的总有效率分别为91.07%、90.00%,均高于鼓室组及口服组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素耳后注射治疗平坦型突发性聋的疗效优于传统给药方式。

Objective To investigate the glucocorticoid therapeutic effect of the treatment of sudden deafness by postauricular injection and traditional adminis-trations.Methods 169 cases of patients with sudden hearing loss of flat type were randomly divided into 3 groups,and were given glucocorticoids by postauricular injection,tympanic injection and oral administration respectively.Results The total effective rate of postauricular injection group was 91.07% for hearing loss,while 90.00% for tinnitus respectively,higher than these in the tympanic group and the oral group and statistical significance could be noted（P〈0.05）when comparisons were made among groups.Conclusions Postauricular injection of corticosteroids can be used as a preliminary therapy for sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
