穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupoint sticking therapy on allergic rhinitis

目的观察穴位贴敷疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法经检查确诊的变应性鼻炎患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组采用西药常规治疗方法,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药穴位贴敷疗法,于立春、立夏、立秋、立冬贴敷,连续1年为1个疗程。对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率是95.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷疗法可有效改善变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状,相比西药常规疗法,有明显的临床治疗意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were diagnosed were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy from the beginning of spring,summer,autumn,winter,sticking,for 1 consecutive years for the 1 treatment.To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 95%,significantly higher than the control group 80%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion acupoint application therapy effective To improve the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis,compared with western medicine conventional treatment,there is obvious clinical significance.
