摘要
目的总结糖尿病颈部多间隙感染伴气管切开患者的护理。方法回顾性分析1例糖尿病颈部多间隙感染伴气管切开患者的临床资料和护理。结果患者经过精心治疗后血糖控制尚可,痊愈出院。结论糖尿病颈部多间隙感染,脓肿一旦形成,及时切开引流,积极控制感染,调整血糖,保持呼吸道通畅,防止并发症是治疗的关键。
Objective To summarize the nursing of patients with multigap infection of the neck of diabetes.Methods The clinical data and nursing of 1 case of diabetic neck multigap infection with tracheotomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results The patient was cured and discharged after careful treatment.Conclusion Diabetes neck infection more clearance,once formed,abscess incision drainage in time,control infection actively,adjust blood sugar,keep respiratory tract unobstructed,prevent complications is the key to the treatment.
