基于故障方向测度的配电网故障区段定位方法 被引量:26

摘要 为了解决配电网单相接地故障定位难题,针对不接地电网提出一种基于故障方向测度的配电网故障区段定位方法。以负荷电流为参考量,构造基波零序电流故障方向测度,应用相空间重构方法提取暂态相电流故障方向测度,用来指示单个测量点的故障方向并定量评价故障特征的明显程度。建立基于故障方向测度的多指标决策优化模型,并引进可信度理论将多指标决策问题转化为单目标优化问题,实现了基于多测量点的故障定位。仿真算例和模拟实验验证了方法的正确性,并且在故障方向测度信息不可靠的情况下该方法仍能准确定位,具有较好的容错性能。 A method of fault section location in distribution networks based on fault direction measures was proposed to solve the problem of the single phase-to-earth fault location in distribution networks. Referencing the load current, the fault direction measures of the fundamental zero-sequence current was established. Applying the phase space reconstruction, the fault direction measures of the transient phase current peak value were constructed to indicate the fault direction of a single measuring point and quantitatively to evaluate the significance level of the fault features. Based on 0-1 integer programming, the multi-criteria decision-making and the optimization model of the fault direction measures were developed. The multi-target decision-making problem was transformed into a single-criteria optimization by introducing the credibility evaluation theory. Then the fault locating depending on multiple measuring points was achieved. The simulation and experiment results demonstrate the high fault locating accuracy. The method needs less information, and can accurately locate the fault section in the case of distorted information, and has excellent fault-tolerant performances.
