摘要
绩效管理是现代供电企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,文章重点探讨了当前供电公司在人力资源管理中薪酬与绩效管理中存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。
Performance management is an important part of modem human resource management of power supply enterprises. This paper focused on the existence of compensation in human resource management and performance management problems in the current power supply company, and put forward some improvement measures.
