Research on the Urban-Rural Integration in Heilongjiang Province

通过剖析城乡一体化的内涵,结合黑龙江省的实际,指出其在促进城乡一体化进程中显现的突出问题,并从统筹推进城乡义务教育一体化、进行产权制度改革、提高农村居民收入及生活质量水平等方面提出加快黑龙江省城乡社会经济一体化发展的对策。

This paper analyses the meaning of urban-rural integration,combining the actual situation in Heilongjiang province and points out the outstanding problems in promoting urban-rural integration. And from the aspects that promoting the urban-rural compulsory education integration,carrying out reform of property rights system, improving the income and quality of life of rural residents, etc. It puts forward some countermeasures to accelerate the integration of urban-rural social and economic development in our province.
