摘要
独立生长因子1(growth factor independence1,GFI1)是锌指蛋白家族中重要的转录抑制子,其主要通过与染色质修饰分子结合从而抑制靶基因转录,并与造血细胞发生、免疫细胞分化和恶性肿瘤进展密切相关。近年来研究表明,GFI1分子在多种疾病中以不同机制发挥功能。因此,对GFI1分子的研究将有助于理解相关疾病的发病机制,并希望对预测恶性肿瘤的靶标有所提示。
Growth factor independence 1 (GFI1)is a key member of the zinc finger protein family and acts as a transcriptional repressor by recruiting chromatin-modifying enzymes to its target promoter. Recent stud- ies have shown that GFI1 is closely related to hemocyte differentiation and tumor progression and functions in a variety of diseases with different mechanisms. Therefore elucidating roles of GFI1 molecules will help to under- stand the pathogenesis of disease and predict the targets and markers for malignant disease.
