基于最小电流搜索算法的铁氧体伺服电机MTPA控制 被引量:3

摘要 针对铁氧体永磁辅助式磁阻同步伺服电机的参数特点,提出一种基于最小电流搜索算法的动态最大转矩电流比控制策略。在电机稳态运行时通过对d轴电流的在线调整,根据电流最小原则,寻找最优的电流矢量。该算法能有效避免电机参数变化对控制系统的影响,并实现系统效率优化。为了提高系统仿真的精确度,采用场路联合仿真的方法对系统进行了仿真研究,仿真和现场实验结果表明,该方法可有效提高伺服电机驱动系统的抗转矩扰动能力和系统的鲁棒性以及效率。 Because of the parameter characteristics of the ferrite permanent-magnet assisted reluctance synchronousservo motor, a dynamic maximum torque per ampere control algorithm was proposed which based on the minimum currentsearching. The stator current was obtained when the motor was stably working, the optimal current vector had been foundthrough the online adjusting of the d-axis current. The algorithm could avoid the influence of motor parameters on the con-trol system and optimized the system efficiency effectively. The simulation and experiment results indicate that the proposedmethod can enhances the motor capability of anti-load torque disturbance and the robustness and efficiency of the servo mo-tor.
