摘要 为了提高无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)系统的调速控制效果,实时获取最佳PID控制参数,设计了一种以DSP为主控制器的BLDCM调速控制系统。该系统对PID参数进行在线调试,获取不同负载条件下的最优参数值,以提高控制效果。选用TMS320F28335型DSP作为下位机控制器,用VB6.0编写上位机监控软件,上、下位机通过串口SCI进行通信,实现BLDCM系统的在线调试。下位机接收上位机传送过来的控制命令,检测BLDCM的转速等信息,然后执行相应的操作,并向上位机回传其需要的数据;上位机接收到下位机回传的信息,做相应的处理后以图形的形式显示BLDCM的工作状态等信息。实例结果显示调试效果良好。 A new type of brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) speed regulation control system based on DSP con-troller was designed , which can adjust the PID parameters online, so as to improve the control precision of the system.TMS320F28335 was taken as slave controller, VB6.0 was used to prepare PC monitoring software . The Online debuggingof BLDCM system was achieved by communication between upper and lower computer through serial port SCI . The controlcommands sent by the host computer were received by the lower computer. The speed of the BLDCM was detected, and thecorresponding operation was performed, then the data needed by the host computer was transmitted back. The informationreturned by the lower computer was received by the host computer, after the corresponding treatment, the working status ofBLDCM was displayed in graphical form. Example results show that the method is simple and can be used to detect andcontrol BLDC operation data in industrial field and long distance. It can reduce the error in practical control system.
