中国文化"走出去"的一个重要渠道就是汉译外。随着中国文化"走出去"成为国家战略,汉译外工作得到了前所未有的重视与关注,如何培养足够数量的合格的本土汉译外人才,成为一个重要议题。当前汉译外人才极度短缺,汉译外人才培养中存在种种问题与不足,可以采取一些有效措施来加以改进。
