摘要 21世纪的新升本科院校,升本之后一方面要接受各种评估,另一方面又要积极探索解决生存与就业双重压力的路径,应用型人才培养模式成为新升本科院校人才培养模式的首选。以宁德师范学院汉语言文学专业为例,深入分析新升本科院校应用型人才培养模式的现状,在此基础上探索建构应用型人才培养模式的路径,对于新升本科院校建构应用型人才培养模式,解决人才培养的社会适应性,实现地方高校特色化发展有重要意义。 In the 21st century, the newly promoted undergraduate colleges and universities have to accept various evaluations on the one hand and actively explore how to relieve the dual pressure of survival and students" employment on the other hand. Applied tal- ents training mode has become the first choice of many newly promoted undergraduate colleges and universities. In order to develop the graduates' social adaptiveness and realize the characteristic development of local colleges and universities, this thesis, based on the typical case analysis of the department of Chinese Language and Literature of Ningde Normal University, aims to thoroughly analyze the existing problems of the applied talents training mode and at the same time to actively explore a new path of this training mode.
