我国白酒产业经过新一轮调整后,市场逐渐回暖复苏。大的知名品牌酒企通过重组、兼并、扩张及丰富产品链条,行业集中度大幅提升,生产经营趋势呈现优中更优、强中更强的新业态。复苏中的传统酒行业,名酒酒企在主动适应转变发展和增长方式,由品牌、规模效益向特色、品质效益转变;传统酿造向智能、智慧酿造转变;传统消费方式向理性消费、健康消费转变;传统营销方式向互联网+名优品牌+体验+定制+物联网,扩大市场需求转变。转变是创新、是升华,也是企业发展的必由之路,但在转变和升华过程中,工匠精神始终是企业塑造与倡导的一种精神,更是产品本身所蕴含的品质价值。因此,企业主动进行战略调整,立足管理变革,必须借助于匠人、匠工、匠心和传统文化、企业价值观的代代传承,如此,企业才能永葆蓬勃之生机。
