摘要
闻香色谱仪GC/O(gas chromatography-olfactometry)是将人体感官和气相色谱仪相结合的一种分析方法,主要针对食品中各类气味进行分析。大体积进样技术(LVI)是一种快速且有效的浓缩技术,可以在短时间内对样品进行浓缩,并且排除掉大部分的溶剂,从而增加了样品的分析灵敏度。中国白酒中含有很多的微量香味成分,许多物质的含量非常稀少,这就对分析造成了很大的困难。将闻香色谱仪和大体积进样技术联合应用,可以增强对白酒中微量香味成分进行闻香分析的准确性。
GC/O(gas chromatography-olfactometry) chromatography is a kind of analysis method combined with human sensory and gas chromatograph, mainly aimed at all kinds of smell in food analysis. Large volume injection techonolgy(LVI) is a fast and effective enrichment technique that allows samples to be concentrated in a short time and excludes most of the solvent, thus increasing the sensitivity of the sample. Chinese distillery contains a lot of trace flavor components, many substances are very scarce, which caused great difficulties in the analysis. Will a chromatograph and large volume injection combined, can enhance the accuracy of the analysis of trace flavoring compositions in liquor.
