芪丹外洗方熏洗治疗0级糖尿病足30例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Qidan external fumigation-washing prescription in treatment of grade 0 diabetic foot: an analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察芪丹外洗方治疗0级糖尿病足的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将90例0级糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组各30例。3组的基础治疗相同,治疗1组采用芪丹外洗方熏洗治疗;治疗2组采用芪丹外洗方熏洗,同时口服依帕司他片治疗;对照组口服依帕司他片,同时用温水浸泡双下肢治疗。3组均连续治疗4周。结果:总有效率治疗1组为80.00%,治疗2组为90.00%,对照组为77.67%,3组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪丹外洗方可明显改善0级糖尿病足患者的临床症状评分、踝肱指数、神经传导速度,其疗效与依帕司他片相近,同时可有效减少药物所致的胃肠道不良反应,且操作方便,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qidan external fumigation - washing pre- scription in the treatment of grade 0 diabetic foot. Methods ： A total of 90 patients with grade 0 diabetic foot were ran- domly divided into experimental group 1 （Qidan external fumigation -washing therapy）, experimental group 2 （Qi- dan external fumigation - washing therapy ＋ oral epalrestat tablets）, and control group （ oral epalrestat tablets ＋ warm water for soaking the lower limbs）, with 30 patients in each group. The three groups had the same basal treat- ment, and were treated continuously for 4 weeks. Results：There was no significant difference in the overall response rate between the three groups（ 80. 00% vs 90. 00% vs 77.67%, P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Qidan external fumigation - washing prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptom scores, ankle -brachial index, and nerve con- duction velocity in patients with grade 0 diabetic foot ; its efficacy is similar to that of oral epalrestat tablets, and can also reduce the gastrointestinal adverse reactions. The prescription is easy to use, and holds promise for clinical ap- plication.
