骨痿方治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症30例临床观察

Clinical effect of Guwei prescription in treatment of diabetic osteoporosis: an analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察骨痿方对糖尿病骨质疏松症脾肾两虚兼血瘀证患者骨密度(BMD)的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将符合纳入标准的糖尿病骨质疏松症60例(脾肾两虚兼血瘀证)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用碳酸钙D3片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服骨痿方治疗。疗程均为3个月,观察2组治疗前后症状、体征、血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、骨密度(BMD)的变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组为66.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后均能增加骨密度值,降低BAP水平,治疗组改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨痿方可以改善糖尿病骨质疏松症患者的临床症状,降低BAP水平,增加骨密度值,其改善骨密度可能与其降低BAP水平有关。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Guwci prescription on bone mineral density（BMD） in patients with dia- betic osteoporosis plus syndromes of deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood stasis and related mechanism of action. Methods ： A total of 60 patients with diabetic osteoporosis （ syndromes of deficiency of spleen and kidney and blood sta- sis） who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets, and those in the treatment group were given Guwei prescription in addition to the treatment for the control group. The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups, and the two groups were observed in terms of the changes in symptoms, signs, serum bone - specific alkaline phospha- tase（BAP） , and BMD after treatment. Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treat- ment group and the control group（90.00% vs 66.67% ,P 〈0.05）. Both groups had a significant increase in BMD and a sig- nificant reduction in BAP after treatment, and the treatment group had significantly greater improvements than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In patients with diabetic osteoporosis, Guwei prescription can improve their clinical symptoms and increase BMD,possibly by reducing BAP level.
