京津冀地区“海绵”城市建设问题研究

The “Sponge”City Construction Research in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regions

京津冀地区面临着严峻的水资源环境问题,严重阻碍了当前的经济发展,海绵城市建设对于解决京津冀地区水资源问题具有积极意义。文章基于国内面临的水环境问题,阐述全国及京津冀地区海绵城市建设现状,从融资模式、政策制度、全民参与方面提出建议,并对京津冀地区海绵城市未来发展做了总结。

The regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is facing severe water and environmental problems, which seriously hinders the current economic development. The construction of sponge cities has positive significance for solving the water resources problems in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions. Based on the domestic water environment problems, this paper expounds the status quo of sponge city construction in the whole country and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area, and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of financing mode, policy system and participation of the whole people, and summarizes the future development of sponge cities in Beijing- Tianjin -Hebei region.
