基于一定延误水平的终端区容量评估

摘要 随着空中交通流量的大幅增加,航班延误现象不断发生。终端区容量评估的有效性是制定航班计划的重要依据。文章在对终端区进行容量评估时考虑了延误水平,以华北终端区为例,运用回归分析方法量化了延误时间与航空器数量之间的关系,为空管当局找到延误和容量之间的平衡点提供了良好的方法,同时得到更准确的终端区容量值。 With the increase of air traffic flow, flight delays are constantly occurring, and the effective- ness of the capacity assessment in the terminal area is an important basis for making flight plans. Taking the north China terminal area as an example, the delay level was considered in the capacity assessment, and the re- lationship between the delay time and the number of aircraft was quantified by regression analysis method. It provides a good way for air traffic control authorities to find the balance between delay and capacity, while get- ting more accurate terminal area capacity.
