摘要
采用DEA-Malmquist指数,从多投入多产出角度测算了我国大中型工业企业技术创新全要素生产率(TFP),并分解为技术进步和技术效率来研究。发现全国技术创新TFP增幅仅为2.3%,按区域东部最高,中部其次,西部最低;中、东部技术创新TFP主要源于技术进步,西部主要源于技术效率。同时,中、西部技术创新TFP存在绝对β收敛,技术创新TFP趋于同一稳定增速,存在"技术溢出效应",地区差异逐渐缩小;东部只存在条件β收敛,技术创新TFP仅趋于自身稳定增速。
The paper based on the DEA-Malmquist Index, estimated technical innovation (total factor productivity (TFP)) in terms of multiple inputs and outputs from China' s large and medium industrial enterprises with the data from 2004 to 2014, and TFP is broken into technical progress and technical efficiency. Find that technical innovation TFP only increase 2.9%, tech- nical innovation TFP is highest in eastern regions and lowest in western regions. The growth of technical innovation TFP is mainly from the increasing technical progress in eastern and central regions, but mainly from the technical efficiency in west- ern regions. And the paper reveals that central regions and western regions exists conditional β convergence and absoluteβ con- vergence, technical innovation TFP tends to be the same rate of growth, there is a technical spillover effect, regional differenc- es are narrowing; eastern regions only exists conditional β convergence, technical innovation TFP only tends to grow at their own pace.
