来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕的效果及对血清激素的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究来曲唑治疗排卵障碍性不孕的效果以及对血清激素水平的影响。方法:在我院于2015年2月-2016年8月间收治的排卵障碍性不孕患者中随机选出130例为本次研究的观察对象,将患者以随机方式分入到观察组和对照组中,观察组患者采用来曲唑治疗,对照组患者采用克罗米芬治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果差异。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(96.92%vs 87.69%,P<0.05)。且观察组患者治疗后的LH水平和T水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的卵泡发育率明显高于对照组,且卵泡未破裂黄素化发生率低于对照组(P<.05)。结论:来曲唑用于排卵障碍性不孕治疗中效果确切,有助于促进排卵,改善激素水平,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。 Objective:To study the effect of letrozolein the treatment on anovulatory infertility and serum hormone levels. Methods:130 patients with anovulatory infertility were randomly selected in our hospital during February 2015 to August 2016,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with letrozole. P atients in the control group were treated with clomiphene citrate. Therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation groupwas higher than that of the control group(96.92% vs 87.69%,P〈0.05). The LH level and T level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The follicular development rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence rate of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome(LUFS)was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The effective of letrozole in the treatment on anovulatory infertility isexactly. It is helpful to promote ovulation,and improve the hormone level. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
