深圳市南山区居民心肺复苏知识和技能普及程度与培训需求调查分析

Analysis on the Knowledge and Skill Training Needs of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Residents in Nanshan District,Shenzhen

目的:探讨深圳市南山区社区居民对于急救知识及操作技能的普及程度,以及对于急救知识及技能的培训需求。方法:对南山区5391户社区居民进行抽样问卷调查。收回有效问卷4849份,应答率88.9%。建立Epidata数据库,采用SPSS22.0进行统计分析。结果:(1)急救知识普及程度:对120电话的知晓率为86.2%,对心跳呼吸骤停简易判断方法的知晓率为34.6%,对成人胸外心脏按压的部位、频率、深度的知晓率分别为36.8%、24.4%、22.5%,对高质量心肺复苏要素的知晓率为16.4%,对徒手开放气道的方法的知晓率为19.0%。(2)获取急救知识的途径:急救培训占比29.5%,科普讲座占比21.8%。(3)对待现场急救的态度:愿意主动拨打120电话者达86%,愿意主动进行现场急救者达67.6%。(4)培训需求:希望接受急救知识和技能培训者达79.4%。其中:培训愿望非常强烈者达45.8%,希望接受徒手心肺复苏术培训者达32.9%。结论:(1)南山区居民对于急救知识和技能达到了较高的认知程度。急救知识和技能的获取途径,主要是通过接受科普知识讲座与急救培训。表明近几年由市急救中心、区内各家医院、区红十字会开展的急救培训,取得了一定成效。(2)南山区居民对待急救的态度非常积极。(3)南山区居民对于急救知识和技能培训的培训需求很大,对于徒手心肺复苏知识和技能的培训需求比较强烈。

Objective：To explore the popularization of first aid knowledge and operation skills,and the trainingneeds for first aid knowledge and skills for residents in Nanshan District,Shenzhen. Methods：A sample survey of 5391 residents in Nanshan District was conducted. 4849 valid questionnaires were collected and the response rate was 88.9%.Results：（1）The popularization of first aid knowledge：The awareness for 120 emergency line was 86.2%.The knowledgeof simple judgement of Cardiac Stroke was 34.6%. On the adult chest press,the awareness of the pressing part,frequency and depth was 36.8%,24.4% and 22.5% respectively. The knowledge of high-quality cardiopulmonaryresuscitation（CPR）was 16.4%,and the awareness of open airway was 19.0%.（2）Access to first aid knowledge：Firstaid trainings account for 29.5%,science lectures account for 21.8%.（3）Attitude towards onsite first aid：86% of therespondents were willing to take the initiative to call 120 and 67.6% were willing to carry out on-site first aid proactively.（4）Training needs：More than 79.4% respondents wish to receive first aid knowledge and skills training,and 45.8% ofthose were very strong interests,and 32.9% of those hope to be trained in CPR. Conclusion：（1）Residents in NanshanDistrict have relatively high awareness of first aid knowledge. The access to first aid knowledge and skills is mainlythrough training. This indicates the effective results of the recent trainings by emergency center,the district hospitalsand district red cross.（2）Residents in Nanshan District are compassionate to help others when see people sick or fell tothe ground suddenly.（3）Nanshan residents have a great demand for training in first aid knowledge and skills.
