裸花紫珠片治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Callicarpa Nudiflora in the Treatment of Acute Pediatric Sinusitis

目的:探讨裸花紫珠片治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎的疗效和安全性。方法:90例患儿随机分为对照组、实验组A、实验组B,分别予口服抗生素+激素喷鼻2周、口服抗生素+激素喷鼻+裸花紫珠片2周、口服抗生素+激素喷鼻1周+裸花紫珠片2周,1周、2周后分别观察疗效。结果:三组在1周、2周后的有效率分别为50%、80%、76.7%和73.3%、96.7%、73.3%,实验组A显著高于另外两组(P<0.05)。结论:裸花紫珠片治疗儿童急性鼻窦炎有效、快捷、安全。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of callicarpa nudiflora in the treatment of acute pediatric sinusitis. Methods：90 cases of pediatric sinusitis were randomly divided into 3 groups. The control group were treated with Antibiotics and Nasal steroid spray for 2 weeks,experimental group A were treated with Antibiotics,Nasal steroid spray and callicarpa nudiflora for 2 weeks,and experimental group B with Antibiotics,Nasal steroid spray for 1 week,meanwhile callicarpa nudiflora for 2 weeks. The Clinical therapeutic effects were observed after 1 and 2 weeks. Results：Effective rate of 3 groups were 50%,80%,76.7% after 1 week,and 73.3%,96.7%,73.3% after 2 weeks. The rate of experimental group A was significantly higher than others（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Callicarpa nudiflora is effective,safe and quick in the treatment of acute pediatric sinusitis.
