摘要
在胃肠功能障碍患者的影像学评估手段中,利用核素示踪技术所进行的胃肠动力评估具有安全性、非侵入性、可重复性、符合生理状况等特点,因此具有特定的临床意义和价值.尤其是胃排空功能测定,作为评价胃动力的"金标准",具有重要的诊断价值和临床应用价值.本文将重点对胃排空功能测定、小肠通过功能测定、结肠通过功能测定在临床胃肠功能评价的应用及进展进行述评.
Radionuclide tracing techniques have been applied for gastrointestinal motility ass- essment for decades and these techniques are characterized by safe, noninvasive, reproducible, and physiologic evaluations. Radionuclide gastric emptying study has been the gold standard for evaluating gas- tric motility, playing an important role in clinical practice. Here, we review the clinical application of radionuclide tracing techniques in gastric emptying study, small intestinal tr- ansit time measurement and colonic tansit time measurement in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
