基于旅行费用法的拉萨市主要旅游点游憩价值评估

Recreational value assessment on the main tourist attractions of Lhasa based on travel cost

旅行费用法是游憩价值评估比较流行和成熟的方法。文中以拉萨市为研究对象,选择布达拉宫等五个主要旅游点为样本点,在充分考虑ZTCM模型各种参数及旅行费用项目构成的基础上,通过连续时间段的问卷调查,评估了拉萨市主要旅游点的游憩价值。结果表明:2014-2015年拉萨市主要旅游点游憩价值为875.67亿元,平均每人每次旅游可享有7766元的游憩价值。同时,文中认为多目的地旅行的影响在特殊情况下可忽略不计,调查对象选择时也应根据实际情况进行。

Travel cost method is a popular and mature method for evaluation of recreation value. This research chose Lhasa as the research object, and five main tourist spots as the sample, based on the continuous survey and sufficient consideration of the structure of ZTCM model parameters and the travel cost of the project, to eval- uate the recreational value of the main tourist spots in Lhasa. The results show that the main tourist attractions in Lhasa is 87 billion 567 million Yuan in 2014 -2015, and the average per capita tourism could enjoy 7766 Yuan of recreational value. At the same time, we argue that the impact of the multi destination travel in special cir- cumstances can be ignored, and the survey objects should also be based on the actual situation.
